About This Conference

Agile Lean Europe (ALE) is an annual unconference that gathers Agile and Lean practitioners from across Europe to share knowledge and foster community through an Open Space format. It is organized by local volunteers each year in a different European city. ALE focuses on interaction, co-creation of the program, and inclusive participation, aiming to spread Agile and Lean thinking and support professional growth.
